Starting out... Ahhhh!!

So next year in August/September i'm going on an exchange trip to the USA for 6 months. So excited, but so much to do passports,visa, fundraising   Travel and Medical Insurance: Approx $850  for a 5/6 month cover with nil excess

-          Visa application fee – currently US $200

-          SEVIS fee (required for your visa) – currently $170

-          A visit to the US embassy in Auckland is required to get the visa

-          School set-up expenses - US$150 – US $250 (some schools lend their equipment while others may ask the student to purchase them. Also depends on the subject the student decides to take),. Its gonna be stressful but worth it in the end. Right?? My whole trip will cost close to 12,000 and I've only got 4,500. Still a while and I know I can do it.
